Who is eligible?
- The Fédération québécoise des clubs quads (FQCQ)
Who is not eligible
- Applicants registered in the Register of Enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA), including their subcontractors registered in the RENA.
- Applicants who, in the two years preceding the application for financial assistance, failed to meet their obligations after having been duly notified in connection with prior financial assistance from the Government of Quebec.
Eligible expenses
- Poles, signage panels, and hardware related to trail signage.
- Costs related to the provincial patrol of quad trail monitoring officers.
- Compensation directly related to funded activities, including the salary and expenses of FQCQ liaison officers, according to the established scales.
- Development and delivery of training on safety and environmental protection, as well as awareness activities on safe and environmentally responsible practices.
- Technical and financial assistance, professional or engineering support to quad clubs, as well as pre-approved travel, meal, and accommodation expenses related to the Off-Highway Vehicle Volunteer Recognition Award.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Expenses that have received assistance under the financial assistance program for off-highway vehicles – Infrastructure and wildlife protection.
- Trail maintenance expenses for trails not recognized by the FQCQ or the FQMHR.
- Expenses related to the repair of trail maintenance equipment.
- Expenses related to the acquisition of vehicles whose primary purpose is to travel on the road.
- Expenses incurred to prepare the application, financing arrangement costs, expenses before submission, debt financing, loan repayment, financing of a project already completed, refundable portion of the QST or GST/HST, expenses related to the RENA, ongoing operating expenses, and any other expense not explicitly provided for.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications must be complete, understandable, and based on accurate data; otherwise, the shortcomings must be corrected within the allotted time to be evaluated.
- Funded projects and activities are awarded after analysis of the applications according to predetermined criteria.
- For signage, the beneficiary must submit the invoices for the purchase of poles, panels, and hardware products that comply with the standards.
- For other Component II expenses, the beneficiary must submit a detailed report on the use of the financial assistance paid out.
