- Trade show organizers, event promoters, and youth-focused charities

- Costs tied to eligible awareness and marketing activities

- Projects targeting recruitment or retention of temporary foreign workers

- Employee wages, housing, relocation, or training costs
- Projects already funded by the Government of Alberta or the Government of Canada
