- Projects focused on homelessness, housing affordability, lobbying, or partisan activity

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and may be shared with other departments or jurisdictions for assessment.
- Incomplete or erroneous applications may be refused, and missing mandatory information may be requested before eligibility is determined.
- Funding decisions are expected within 90 days after the closing date.
- Applicants are notified in writing, and decisions are final with no appeal process.
- If approved, a funding agreement must be signed before project activities can begin.
