The Community Opportunity Fund (COF) is a funding program led by YES Employment + Entrepreneurship and funded by the Government of Canada to strengthen employment assistance services for Quebec’s English-speaking minority communities (OLMCs). It supports projects that improve job readiness, access to services in a first official language, and connections to employment opportunities.
