Powell River Community Foundation (PRCF) is a community foundation based in the City of Powell River and serving the wider qathet Regional District in British Columbia. Created by and for local residents, it pools donations into a growing endowment fund and uses the investment income to provide grants every year to charities and community organizations. Since 2001, the foundation reports having distributed more than $900,000 to local charities and acting as a key driver for many non‑profit initiatives in the region.
