The foundation works hand-in-hand with partners to build flourishing communities and promote equal opportunities for everyone. Investments target people, organizations, and ideas that empower marginalized groups, aiming to foster self-determination and confidence.

Social Entrepreneurship and Inclusive Economies: Investing in programs that drive economic inclusion and livelihood diversification, especially those led by Black, Indigenous, or racialized individuals and projects exploring creative pre-employment strategies.
