The organization operates multiple ongoing programs: Winter Charity Drive (celebrating 30 years in 2025), Community Caring Drive, Food Recovery program partnering with Lactalis Canada, Free Income Tax Preparation Clinic, Emergency Weather Response Project, and the annual Lotus Light Charity Scholarship accepting applications for post-secondary students.

Primary recipients include homeless shelters such as Aboriginal Front Door Society, low-income housing facilities like Watari Counselling Service, inner-city school students, senior housing, and various community service organizations.
