Who is eligible?
- Any Canadian student aged 17 years or older.
- Students beginning or continuing studies at a recognized post-secondary educational institution on a full-time basis.
Who is not eligible
- Students who have already completed their program.
- Students who are in their final years of post-secondary study at the closing date of the application period.
