Hamilton Community Foundation is a public charitable foundation serving the Hamilton, Ontario region. Hamilton Community Foundation (HCF) est une fondation communautaire caritative qui sert la région de Hamilton, en Ontario. En tant que membre de Community Foundations of Canada, elle fait partie d'un réseau de plus de 200 fondations communautaires canadiennes. Son rôle principal consiste à rassembler les dons caritatifs des donateurs pour créer des fonds dotaux et à utiliser les revenus de placement pour octroyer des subventions aux organismes communautaires.

La fondation publie ses états financiers vérifiés, maintient une politique d'investissement responsable conforme aux facteurs ESG, et dépose chaque année un rapport T3010 à l'Agence du revenu du Canada. Les rapports finals des bénéficiaires de subventions sont exigés et supervisés par le personnel de la fondation.
