Dufresne - Gauthier Foundation A strong commitment for a brighter future for every child Our Mission The Dufresne & Gauthier Foundation (FDG) is dedicated to supporting children from vulnerable families and youth at risk. By funding inclusive projects led by families and organizations in neighborhoods or communities, FDG aims to improve the well-being of children and uphold their fundamental rights. A Lasting Impact in Our History Since its creation over 20 years ago, the Foundation has touched the lives of countless children and families. Rooted in a rich history of solidarity and compassion, FDG continuously adapts to evolving needs while staying true to its core values of respect, inclusion, and empowerment. Our Presence in Mongolia FDG is firmly involved in Mongolia, where it supports children suffering from trauma and families experiencing instability. The Foundation participates in multidisciplinary efforts for families facing violence and funds the participation of many children in summer camps, offering them moments of respite and joy. Our Valuable Partners The Foundation believes in the strength of partnerships and the power of community. By building strong ties between individuals and organizations, FDG creates a network of solidarity that multiplies its positive impact and expands its capacity to help vulnerable children and youth. How We Support Change FDG financially supports innovative projects contributing to child and youth well-being and the respect of their rights, both in Quebec and Mongolia. The Foundation also administers funds for important initiatives such as "A Roof Above All", a campaign to fight homelessness in Quebec City.
