Bright Beginnings Foundation is a registered non-profit organization based in Surrey, British Columbia, established in March 2015. The foundation provides full tuition, student fees (including health benefits), textbooks, and course materials to high-school graduates from low-income families in Surrey who demonstrate academic potential and motivation to pursue post-secondary education. BBF is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational poverty by enabling students to attend universities, colleges, or trade schools in British Columbia.
