- Site web fait sur Squarespace, en français seulement
- Le site n'a pas été fait par un.e expert.e en web et il n'y a jamais eu de travail d'optimisation de référencement SEO d'effectué sur le site web
- Le but est d'amener du traffic sur le site web afin de générer des ventes
- Elle vient de lancer un nouveau service qui permet aux clients de réutiliser leurs contenants de produits nettoyants et elle aimerait promouvoir cette approche éco-responsable

- Le but du projet sera de régler leur problématique de Google my business
Problématique:
- Ils ont 2 fiches GMB, l'une affiche "fermé définitivement" et l'autre affiche "non-conforme" lorsque vu par quelqu'un qui cherche l'entreprise
- Cela peut être dû au fait que l'entreprise n'a maintenant plus d'adresses physiques
- Le client est ouvert à différentes solutions tant qu'ils ont page Google my Business active
- Il sera à avoir ce qui est mieux entre refaire une nouvelle page ou en refaire une seulement, ou refaire les deux complètement
- Le nom sera le même, mais changera de logo et branding / offre de services
- À noter qu'ils n'ont plus d'adresse physique maintenant
