Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Applicants applying on behalf of an eligible recipient may provide the legal name of the eligible organization.

Eligible geographic areas

  • The current bus fleet must be located in the province(s)/territory(ies) selected in the application, and the project will take place there.
  • The project location map must identify the geographical boundaries of the current bus fleet’s network and the anticipated project location.

How to apply

  • Complete the Planning Projects application form.
  • Submit the application by email to zetf-ftcze@infc.gc.ca.
  • Include the subject line: Stage II ZETF Planning Application - (provide the project name and applicant organization?)-(Date).
  • Copy, paste, and complete the email template with the required project details.

Processing and Agreement

  • Supporting documents may be submitted as an email attachment with the planning application form.
  • Canada reserves the right to request additional documentation to supplement the application.
  • Once the application is completed, submit the application by email to zetf-ftcze@infc.gc.ca.
