Eligibility
- The applicant must be a young person aged 18 to 35 years.
- The applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Quebec.
- The applicant must be engaged in combating climate change and wish to carry out a project in one of the francophone countries most vulnerable to climate change, primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, or the Caribbean.
- If residing in one of the targeted francophone countries, the applicant is eligible provided their project is carried out in Quebec.

- Partial funding for transportation expenses related to the project.
