- Develop the project idea with potential partners.
- Review the call timeline and relevant national rules.
- Step 2: Consortium building
- Form the international consortium.
- Contact national funding representatives early.
- Step 3: Submit Project Outline
- Register and use the Project Zone.
- Submit the Project Outline in English by the deadline.
- Step 4: Submit Full Project Proposal
- If invited, prepare and submit the Full Project Proposal in the Project Zone.
- Address feedback from the outline evaluation.
- Step 5: Project management
- If funded, start project management and use the Project Zone for administration and reporting.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed in a two-stage process.
- Project Outlines are evaluated by technical experts and public authorities.
- Successful applicants are invited to submit a Full Project Proposal.
- Full Project Proposals undergo a second evaluation before funding decisions.
- Approved projects proceed to kick-off and project management in the Project Zone.
