How to apply
- Complete an online application form.
- Submit the form in person or by mail at 263 Main St., Odessa, ON, or by email at utilitiesbills@loyalist.ca.
Processing and Agreement
- If the credit is granted, it will be applied to the next bill if processing time permits.
- If there is an issue with the application, the Accounting Clerk will contact the applicant by telephone at the phone number provided on the application.
- The Township may reverse the rebate if the terms and conditions are breached.
