Processing and Agreement
- Applicants must first meet with Township staff for a pre-application consultation.
- Staff reviews the application and supporting materials against CIP objectives and program requirements.

- If approved, the applicant must sign an agreement setting out the works, incentive details, and timeframe.
- Funds or tax assistance are provided after work is completed and confirmed by staff.

- Other federal and provincial funding may be declared and can reduce the grant on a pro-rated basis.
- The Township may inspect eligible properties and audit project costs.
