Who is eligible?
- Young people from the Îles-de-la-Madeleine
- University students
- Students pursuing studies by distance from the Islands
Who is not eligible
- Students who did not complete secondary studies in the Îles-de-la-Madeleine and cannot provide acceptable proof of residence or early schooling in the Islands.
- Students not enrolled full-time in a recognized university program.
- Students who received a Foundation scholarship the previous year, except the Diane-Arsenault scholarship.
- Students in a paid internship for the session, for that session only.
