Eligibility
- The employer must be registered with the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ).
- The company must have a business location in Quebec.
- If the company has existed for less than 24 months, it must have declared at least 1,500 hours of work to the CCQ since its inception.
- If the company has existed for more than 24 months, it must have declared at least 4,000 hours of work to the CCQ in 24 of the last 26 months.

- Employers in the construction industry with an establishment in Quebec
- Businesses operating in the institutional, commercial, industrial, civil engineering, roadwork, and residential construction sectors

- Travel expenses for attending eligible training activities.
- Accommodation expenses during eligible training, based on daily attendance.

How to apply

Verify employer eligibility
- Register as an employer with the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ)
- Ensure your business has an establishment in Quebec
- Declare the minimum required work hours to the CCQ according to your business's length of existence (1,500 hours for less than 24 months; 4,000 hours for more than 24 months)

Check worker eligibility requirements
- Hold a valid CCQ competency certificate related to the training
- Meet the prerequisites of the selected training course, if applicable
- Have declared a minimum of 400 hours to the CCQ in a trade or occupation within 24 of the previous 26 months before the training

Register for supported training
- Choose a training course from the Directory of Continuing Education Activities or ensure your chosen course is supported by the fund

Submit reimbursement request if required
- If the training is not listed in the official directory, complete the Reimbursement Request for Training Fees form as a worker or employer
- If eligible, employers may use CCQ’s corporate training services

Complete training and meet attendance
- Attend the full duration of each training day or evening as required
- Ensure all attendance requirements are met to receive financial support and travel/lodging allowances

Request advance payment if eligible
- If full-time training spans three weeks or more, request an advance from Info-perfectionnement two weeks before training starts
- Sign the authorization for potential recovery of overpayments in case of absence or non-participation

- Workers must be registered to courses supported by the Fund to benefit from free training and incentives.
- The analysis of financial support is individualized, considering factors such as course overlap and the distance from the participant’s residence.
