- Step 3: Submit the application
- Send the completed application online or by form to the Treasurer/Director of Corporate Services.
- Submit by December 31 for consideration in the upcoming budget process.

- The Township reviews complete applications and Council makes the final decision.
- Applicants are notified after Council approval.

- Applications are first checked for completeness by the Treasurer’s office.
- Complete applications are reviewed by two Council members and then forwarded with recommendations to Council.

- Recipients must use funds as approved and provide a post-project report.
