- Projects cancelled after funding is received, unless the amount is reimbursed within 30 days
- Requests from businesses, industries, political groups, religious groups with a sole religious mission, and individuals

Processing and Agreement
- The Town reviews applications and may request additional information.
- Applications are evaluated by the Selection Committee, the Recreation Department representative, and the Treasurer.

- If changes are needed, a contingency plan must be approved before continuing.
