Overview

Growth Grants provide up to $10,000 in one-time funding to help employment social enterprises explore, plan, and pilot strategies to significantly scale their businesses based on validated market demand. Funding can support activities leading to at least five new ongoing employment opportunities over two years, including technical assistance, human resources, capital, and administrative costs.

  • Plan business scaling initiatives that support enterprise growth.
  • Pilot scaling strategies intended to create new ongoing employment opportunities for employees who face barriers.

Eligibility

  • Must be an existing employment social enterprise.
  • Must be in operation for at least three years.
  • Must have sales of over $50,000.
  • Must employ more than 10 employees who face barriers.
  • Proposed activities must support creating at least five new ongoing employment opportunities for employees who face barriers over two years.
