- Students who are not in their final year of high school.
- Students who do not meet the minimum anticipated 70% average or equivalent.

- Further education at an accredited post-secondary institution or trade school.
- Equipment and supplies to support studies at an accredited institution.
Eligible geographic areas
- Select schools within the Greater Essex County District School Board (GECDSB).
- Ontario, Canada.
Processing and Agreement
- No student application is required.
- Schools identify candidates and meet with the Foundation to assess nominations.
- Award winners are selected after nomination review.
