- Organizations proposing projects on private land with no public access.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Infrastructure or capital costs (e.g., sheds, solar panels, low-flush toilets, water refill stations)
- Administrative, contingency, or operating expenses
- Projects already underway or costs incurred before the application date
- Travel-related costs (mileage, accommodation, meals) and venue rentals
- Projects outside Canada, advocacy-related activities, or projects on private land with no public access

Processing and Agreement
- After submission, you receive an automatic email confirmation that TD FEF has received your application.
- Your application is reviewed by one of six TD FEF Regional Advisory Boards (volunteer boards made up of TD employees and environmental leaders in the region).
- Applications are reviewed twice per year, aligned to Regional Advisory Board meetings (March for Winter submissions; September for Summer submissions).
- TD FEF notifies applicants of decisions according to the set schedule (April for Winter submissions; October for Summer submissions).
