Selection criteria

  • Preference is given to projects that unite several themes and axes of the CSBQ research structure.
  • Priority is given to teams that have not previously received a start-up grant.
  • Additional priority is given to teams that have not previously received joint grants.
  • Additional priority is given to teams that would benefit most from the opportunity to demonstrate the potential of their collaboration.

How to apply

  • Submit the application using the online form.
  • Send one PDF containing all required submission documents.

Processing and Agreement

  • Decisions are finalized on 30 May each year.
  • A synthesis report must be sent to the CSBQ after the funded project ends.
  • The report will be made public on the CSBQ website after review.
  • Original receipts must be kept for an appropriate period according to the university's administrative services.

Additional information

  • At least one call for applications is held each year.
  • Exceptions may be considered depending on available funds.
  • Recipients are encouraged to organize public events.
  • A summary report must be submitted within one year after the project ends.
