How to apply
- Submit the notification of intent to apply (NOI) through the Research Portal before the NOI deadline.
- Invite at least one co-applicant through the Research Portal so they can accept the invitation and submit their part of the application.
- Complete the full application in the Research Portal and submit it by the full application deadline.
- Complete and link the NSERC version of the Canadian Common CV (CCV) at both the NOI and full application stages.
Processing and Agreement
- When you submit your application, it is sent to your research administrator for approval and submission to NSERC.
- The status of your application changes to Received by administrator and then Received by agency.
- Once an application has been submitted to NSERC, it cannot be updated or modified, either before or after the deadline date.
