- Training, authors’ fees, materials, equipment, rentals, and promotion
- Exhibition creation, installation, adaptation, transport, storage, and insurance
- Digital development and maintenance, artifact restoration, travel, and non-refundable taxes
- Administration and contingency costs within program limits
