  • Travel within Alberta, with limited out-of-province air travel for essential Alberta crew.
  • Insurance costs prorated to Alberta production days.
  • Reasonable producer fees in eligible head-of-department roles, within program limits.
  • Related party transactions at exchange amount, up to fair value.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • In-kind contributions.
  • Deferrals, except producer fee deferrals.
  • Capital items.
  • Expenses directly tied to live performances, awards shows, or sporting events.
  • Purchases or services not consumed in Alberta, unless specifically approved.
