- Indigenous organizations, including Band Councils, Tribal Councils, and self-government entities.

How to apply
- Request an application package by sending an email to STIP-PSST@NRCan-RNCan.gc.ca with the subject line: Request – Application Package - your organization’s legal name.
- Employers and youth must apply directly through a Delivery Organization.
- For information about how to apply, contact a Delivery Organization directly.
Processing and Agreement
- The successful Initial Recipients shall be responsible for evaluating and selecting employers and youth applicants.
- The successful Initial Recipients shall be responsible for developing, negotiating, signing agreements with, and administering payments to employers.
- The successful Initial Recipients shall be responsible for implementing a clear and structured plan for monitoring placements and collecting reports on placement progress.

- The Government of Canada reserves the right to alter or cancel the currently envisaged process and deadline at its sole discretion.
- NRCan may also revise the funding available under this Call at its discretion.
