Processing and Agreement
- The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MAMH) analyzes the submitted applications and determines whether the project is approved.

- The disbursement of assistance (if applicable) occurs in two stages: 80% upon submission of the annual action plan and 20% upon submission of the actions report and financial report.
