Eligible expenses

  • Salaries, benefits, and consultant fees directly related to the project.
  • Office and equipment rental not normally used in daily operations.
  • Travel, accommodation, meetings, events, workshops, dissemination, promotion, communications, insurance, and third-party evaluation or audit services.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Mental health services or clinical treatment.
  • Core operating expenses and capital purchases.
  • Pure research and in-kind expenses.
  • Travel and hospitality above National Joint Council rates.

  • Applications are reviewed through a competitive proposal assessment process.
