How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Complete the application form.
- Prepare the business plan, work plan, and budget forecasts.
- Gather partner proof, CVs, and any required authorization for adapted training content.
- Step 2: Submit to the Ministry
- Send the complete application package to the Ministry in response to the call for proposals.
- Step 3: Assessment and decision
- The Ministry reviews eligibility and selects projects.
- Applicants receive an approval or refusal notice.
- Step 4: Agreement and payment
- Sign the funding agreement if approved.
- Provide required reports and supporting documents for payments.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first acknowledged by the Ministry
- Eligibility is reviewed
- Projects are then assessed by a selection committee
- The Ministry sends an approval or refusal notice
- If approved, a funding agreement must be signed before payments are made
- Reporting and supporting documents are required during project delivery and before subsequent payments
