Who is eligible?
- Agricultural producers
- The UPA, including its confederation and federations
- Off-highway vehicle federations working with the UPA
- Off-highway vehicle clubs working with an agricultural producer
Who is not eligible
- Applicants registered in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA)
- Applicants that failed to meet prior obligations after a formal notice related to previous Quebec government funding
Eligible expenses
- Temporary staff, subcontracted labour, and professional fees directly linked to the project
- Equipment, tool, vehicle, and machinery rental, plus related operator costs
- Materials, transport of materials and equipment, and production of awareness or training materials
- Installation costs for equipment
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Projects already started or completed before the application date
- Operating and general administration costs not directly linked to the project
- Debt financing, loan repayment, and projects already financed by another government program
- Expenses related to businesses registered in the RENA registry
Eligible geographic areas
- All regions of Quebec
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for completeness and admissibility
- Eligible applications are selected until available funds are exhausted
- Successful applicants receive a formal approval letter
- A funding agreement must be signed and returned within 30 days
- For prevention projects, the final report is reviewed before the last payment is issued

- The program ended on March 31, 2026 and no new applications are accepted.
- Applicants must keep invoices and supporting proof for five years.
- The beneficiary must promote the Government of Quebec’s contribution in public communications.
