Who is eligible?
- Agricultural producers
- Off-road vehicle clubs, in collaboration with an agricultural producer
- Off-road vehicle federations, in collaboration with UPA
- UPA, including the confederation and its federations
Who is not eligible
- Applicants listed in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA)
- Applicants who failed to meet obligations after a formal notice for a previous Quebec government aid
Eligible expenses
- Crop loss compensation
- Necropsy and veterinary report costs for cattle cases
- Repair of fences or barriers damaged by off-road vehicle users
- Direct costs for prevention projects, including labor, materials, equipment rental, transport, and installation
- Production of awareness and training materials
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Losses linked to trails authorized by the land owner or farmer
- Debts, loan repayments, and already completed projects
- Costs covered by insurance or another government program
- Purchases or services from RENA-listed businesses
- Transport of cattle to the laboratory for necropsy

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed only if they are complete, clear, and based on accurate information.
- Eligible applications are selected on an ongoing basis until available funds are exhausted.
- Applicants are notified by letter if their compensation or project is accepted.
- An agreement must be signed and returned before payment is issued.
- For Stream 2, a final report must be submitted after the work is completed.
