Eligible expenses

  • Road grading, gravel, dust control, and road surfacing
  • Tree removal, trimming, and roadside brushing
  • Snow removal or plowing and sanding
  • Road drainage, culvert installation, and ditching
  • Road reconstruction and turn-around construction

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Land acquisition
  • Routine maintenance not covered by the policy where excluded
  • Work not supported by itemized receipts or proof of payment
  • Applications submitted after the deadline
