Adopt-A-Road program added to Roads and Sidewalks
The Roads and Sidewalks page now includes a new Adopt-A-Road program section with participation rules and application instructions. The program applies only to opened, assumed and municipally maintained road allowances, requires an authorized group representative who is at least 18 years old, advance notice to Environmental Services, and at least one litter clean-up per calendar year. The program now shows a seasonal operating window of generally May 1 to October 31, weather permitting, and directs applicants to a new online application form and policy and safety guidance links.
