Eligible expenses
- Road grading, gravel, dust control, and road surfacing
- Tree removal, trimming, and roadside brushing
- Snow removal or plowing and sanding
- Road drainage, culvert installation, and ditching
- Road reconstruction and turn-around construction

- Land acquisition
- Routine maintenance not covered by the policy where excluded
- Work not supported by itemized receipts or proof of payment
- Applications submitted after the deadline
