- Projects already supported under certain other public funding programs
Eligible expenses
- Circulation: transport of material, when the project requires it
- Perfectionnement: registration fees, fees for mentors or specialists, travel, lodging, and subsistence, and project realization costs
- Production sonore: studio fees and collaborator fees
- Promotion et développement: rental fees, promotion costs, professional services, and manufacturing costs
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Projects already supported by SODEC, CALQ, CAC, or Musicaction are excluded from Circulation.
- Projects already realized cannot be covered.
- The same project cannot be supported by Première Ovation and the Entente de développement culturel of the City of Québec and the Ministère de la culture et des communications.
- Projects supported under the Entente de développement culturel cannot be submitted to Première Ovation – Musique.

- Artistic quality, interest, and relevance: 30 points
- Contribution to professionalization: 30 points
- Community impact and expected reach: 15 points
- Feasibility and realism of the budget: 25 points
How to apply
- Complete the online form and the Budget and Annexes A B.
- Send the completed application and required documents to depot.pom@amplidequebec.com.
- Submit the final report once the project is completed.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by an independent committee made up of three people from the field.
- For Diffusion, a request may be submitted with the artistic orientation of the programming, but Annex A must be filed at least two months before the first performance.
- No funding amount is confirmed before Annex A is analyzed.
- 70% is paid when Annex A is complete and the applicant accepts the subsidy and related conditions.
- 30% is paid after the final report is filed and accepted by the selection committee, with the last payment issued no later than 8 weeks after the report is filed.
