How to apply
- Step 1: Set up access
- Log in to the Conservation and Energy Management (CEM) Hub.
- Request help from an Energy Coach if you do not have an account.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Complete and submit the project application online.
- Include the homes taking part in the project.
- Step 3: Order and coordinate
- Order the energy-saving products through the online storefront.
- Coordinate installer training and project logistics with BC Hydro.
- Step 4: Complete the project and close it
- Track the home addresses where work was completed.
- Open the application again in CEM Hub and submit the final workbook and documents.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through the CEM Hub.
- A project lead coordinates planning and implementation with BC Hydro.
- After completion, final documents must be submitted in the CEM Hub.
