- Homes previously served by ECAP or ICCP home energy check-up in the past 10 years
Eligible expenses
- Free energy-saving products
- Salary support for product installation
- Training for community members and staff

- Applications for homes that already received ECAP or ICCP home energy check-up assistance within the past 10 years
- Upgrades to multi-unit residential buildings
- Upgrades to vacation homes or non-primary residences

- FortisBC service territory
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through the CEM Hub.
- A project lead coordinates planning and implementation with BC Hydro.
- After completion, final documents must be submitted in the CEM Hub.
