Who is eligible?
- Indigenous Governing Bodies
- First Nations and Indigenous housing organizations
Who is not eligible
- Condominiums, high-rises, and apartment buildings
- Vacation homes and non-primary residences
- Garages, workshops, and outbuildings

- Energy assessments and related consultant fees
- Project management costs, including staff or external consultants
- Paid invoices for completed assessment work
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Costs covered by warranty or insurance claims
- Duplicate incentives from the same program family for the same premises

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed and approved through CEM Hub.
- Pre-payment review and verification can take up to 30 days after all documents are received.
- Final payment is issued after completion and verification of final documents, which can take up to 90 days.
- Administrators may verify information and request supporting access or clarification.

- Projects must be submitted through the CEM Hub online platform.
- The program is funded in partnership with BC Hydro, FortisBC, and the Province of British Columbia.
