Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Crown corporations and government departments or agencies
  • Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
  • Companies not compliant with the OQLF francization process

Eligible expenses

  • Construction, expansion, renovation, adaptation, or conversion costs for eligible projects
  • Equipment purchase and installation, including specialized furniture and visitor-experience equipment
  • Professional fees, technical support, consulting, and reporting fees
  • Project development studies and plans, land and trail development, and sustainability integration costs
  • Site survey, quality control, contingency costs, and net taxes on eligible costs

  • Business acquisition and existing infrastructure acquisition
  • Promotion, marketing, and website redesign costs
  • Long-term land or building leases
  • Regular maintenance, operating, financing, and debt-related costs
