Eligible expenses
- Staff salaries, mandatory employment-related costs, and employee benefits for project staff.
- Purchased services, workshops, meetings, convening, supplies, materials, evaluation, travel, and equipment.
- Overhead and administrative costs directly linked to the funded project.

- Direct financial support to for-profit enterprises.
