Eligible expenses

This grant supports digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and innovation capacity of Quebec-based businesses through expert guidance. Eligible projects involve various stages of digital advancement and practical application.

• Feasibility analysis of digital transformation initiatives.
• Simulation and modeling to test digital concepts.
• Development of preliminary digital concepts and prototypes.
• Creation and refinement of digital project specifications.
• Implementation of indicator tracking systems for operational efficiency.
• Conducting laboratory research to support digital innovations.

• Quebec (all sectors and regions of Quebec).

The evaluation and selection of projects for this grant are based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the objectives of fostering digital transformation among Quebec businesses.

• Clarity and feasibility of the proposed digital transformation project.
• Alignment with the goals of the "Mon succès numérique" program to enhance digital capabilities and innovation.
• Potential impact on the business's efficiency and productivity.
• Extent to which the project involves collaboration with suitable Centres collégiaux de transfert de technologie (CCTT).
• Overall contribution to the advancement of the Quebec digital economy.

• Discuss your interest in the program and get initial guidance on the requirements.
• Step 2: Needs Analysis and Project Evaluation
• Schedule a meeting for an in-depth analysis of your digital transformation needs.
• Evaluate potential projects with the help of the advisors.
• Step 3: Identification of Best CCTT Partner
• Work with the advisory team to identify the most suitable CCTT (Center of College Technology Transfer) to assist with your project.
• Collaborate with the chosen CCTT to outline your project details.
• Step 4: Project Implementation
• Proceed with the execution of the identified project aimed at digital transformation.
• Utilize the financial aid provided to cover 50% to 75% of eligible costs.
• Ensure project milestones align with grant conditions and report progress as required.

• Applications are reviewed after submission by the advisory team.
• The team analyzes the need or potential project and identifies the best CCTT to support it.
• Applicants are informed of the result within a maximum of 96 hours.
• If approved, the project is carried out with the selected CCTT.

• The program is part of Québec’s Offensive de transformation numérique (OTN), led by the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie, to accelerate digital transformation across sectors and regions.
• The initiative was launched in 2023.
