• The applicant must be a Québec-based business or organization seeking to accelerate its digital transformation.
• The project must be a digital transformation initiative aimed at improving innovation, competitiveness, modernization, and/or productivity.
• The project must be identified and confirmed under the “My Digital Success / Mon succès numérique” program parameters set by the Québec Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy.

Eligible expenses

This grant supports digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and innovation capacity of Quebec-based businesses through expert guidance. Eligible projects involve various stages of digital advancement and practical application.

• Feasibility analysis of digital transformation initiatives.
• Simulation and modeling to test digital concepts.
• Development of preliminary digital concepts and prototypes.
• Creation and refinement of digital project specifications.
• Implementation of indicator tracking systems for operational efficiency.
• Conducting laboratory research to support digital innovations.

• Quebec (all sectors and regions of Quebec).

• Proceed with the execution of the identified project aimed at digital transformation.
• Utilize the financial aid provided to cover 50% to 75% of eligible costs.
• Ensure project milestones align with grant conditions and report progress as required.

• The program is part of Québec’s Offensive de transformation numérique (OTN), led by the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie, to accelerate digital transformation across sectors and regions.
• The initiative was launched in 2023.
