- Escalation, financing, interest, and contract administration charges
- Insurance, bonding, mobilization, demobilization, staging, survey, and soil testing
- Standard municipal sidewalks and lighting within the Region’s right-of-way
- Ongoing maintenance, repair, and replacement during operations
- Temporary or seasonal enhancements, including landscaping

- Local municipalities within the Regional Municipality of York
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Streetscape Review Team.
- Regional staff evaluate proposals using Regional plans, policies, guidelines, design, and safety standards.
- The Commissioner, Transportation Services gives final approval and releases funds for approved proposals.
- Applicants must follow any agreements made as a condition of approval.

- Applications are subject to available funding.
- Approved funding must be used within three years of the award date.
- Late submissions are only considered in exceptional circumstances.
