Who is eligible?

  • Registered non-profit societies
  • British Columbia-based federally registered charities
  • Indigenous governments, tribal councils, band councils, and organizations
  • BIPOC-led non-profit societies
  • Non-profit societies serving a BIPOC disability community

Selection criteria

  • Preference is given to applications submitted by racialized and marginalized groups.
  • Priority is given to projects that reduce systemic racism and hate incidents.
  • Priority is given to projects that build capacity in racialized communities.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Review Program Guidelines

  • Step 2: Confirm Eligibility if Needed
    • If you are seeking funding for a festival or cultural celebration, contact the funder by email before applying to discuss potential eligibility.
