- Organizations already taking part in another pending application or group, where restricted.
Eligible expenses
- Fundraising campaign management costs.
- Investment and portfolio management fees related to the perpetual fund.
- Administrative costs linked to managing the fund.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Amounts used as collateral for loans or other borrowing.
- Uses of the fund or annual income outside the program’s permitted fund structure.
- Individual applications from organizations participating in a collective fundraising group before the Stream B subsidy is paid.

- Applications are reviewed by the Ministry after submission in di@pason.
- Only complete applications are analyzed, including those received by November 30.
- Funding decisions are made annually after the review process.
