- Cultural and communications non-profit organizations
- Registered charities linked exclusively to an eligible organization
- Groups of at least three cultural or communications non-profits
Who is not eligible
- Government ministries and bodies, including state-owned and municipal entities
- Public educational institutions, including schools, CEGEPs, and universities
- Museums governed by an Act and their related entities
- Organizations involved in collective fundraising under another group application
- Organizations or related entities that have already reached the lifetime program cap

- Donations from government bodies, state-owned corporations, or municipal entities
- In-kind donations, except listed securities
- Pledges or promised donations
- Transfers of money between related organizations

How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Complete the official online form in di@pason.
- Gather the required financial and supporting documents.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Send the complete application through di@pason.
- Make sure the file is submitted within the fiscal year in which the accounts are adopted.
- Step 3: Review by the ministry
- The regional office confirms whether the file is complete.
- The ministry analyzes complete applications received during the year.
- Step 4: Decision and payment
- Funding decisions are made annually.
- Approved funding is paid in one installment to the associated foundation.
Processing and Agreement
- The ministry reviews complete applications after submission
- Annual funding allocation is done once a year
- Applications complete by November 30 are reviewed for annual distribution
- A funding notice is issued in the weeks after November 30
- A signed funding agreement with the ministry and the associated foundation is required

- Applications are reviewed annually for allocation decisions.
- Each applicant or related entity may submit only one application per attribution period.
- The program runs until March 31, 2027.
