Eligible expenses

• Equipment acquisition and related components
• Transport, leasehold improvements, software, and professional fees linked to equipment implementation
• Direct labor costs tied to the project
• Development and integration of an innovative AI solution
• Initial and first-year use of an existing AI solution

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Material, inventories, and other supplies for equipment projects
• Motorized rolling equipment
• Projects with expenses or contractual commitments confirmed before application submission and acknowledgement receipt

Eligible geographic areas

• Laval, Quebec

• Applications are reviewed after a complete file is received and information is validated.
• A selection committee evaluates applications according to the program terms and conditions.
• The committee selects beneficiaries of assistance.

• An application can be submitted for only one funding component per project.
• The program is part of a personalized support pathway with three phases.
• A project must reach the final phase before a funding request can be submitted.
