Who is eligible?

• For-profit manufacturing businesses.
• Businesses with production activities.
• Laval-based companies.

Eligible expenses

• Equipment acquisition and related components, excluding materials, inventory, and other supplies.
• Direct costs linked to equipment implementation, including transport and leasehold improvements.
• Software acquisition and implementation costs.
• Professional fees related to the project.
• Direct labour costs assigned to the project.
• AI solution development and integration costs.
• Initial and first-year use of an existing AI solution.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Equipment stream purchases of materials, inventory, and other supplies.
• Motorized rolling equipment.
• Costs and contractual commitments made before the application is submitted and acknowledged.

Eligible geographic areas

• Laval

• Applications are reviewed after a complete file is received and the information is validated.
• A selection committee evaluates the application according to the program’s conditions.
• The committee selects the beneficiaries of assistance.

• The application can only be made for one stream per project.
• No combination of streams is possible.
• The program includes a personalized support path with three phases: diagnosis, implementation planning, and project completion.
• For the AI Solutions stream, the applicant must be a client of an accelerated company and participate in TerroX cohorts.
