Overview

The Kakivak Association Small Tool Grants provide up to $1,000 for carving tools and up to $2,500 for sewing machines to support artists and craftspeople in purchasing essential tools and supplies. Funding covers the acquisition of carving tools once every five years and a sewing machine once per lifetime for eligible applicants.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be an artist or craftsperson.

  • The applicant must not have previously received a sewing machine grant from this program.
