Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first pre-reviewed by Tourisme Laval, with questions sent to the applicant if needed.
- The steering committee then assesses eligibility, relevance, and financial aspects before making a decision.
- Applicants receive either an acceptance letter with the amount granted or a refusal letter.
- Approved projects must be covered by a financial assistance agreement with Tourisme Laval.
- Payments are made in two stages, with a final review after the project or event is completed.
