Eligible expenses

Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Unsolicited proposals not tied to a listed challenge.
- Solutions requiring a centralized cleaning facility for Objective 1.
- Solutions requiring transport of PPE or operational clothing to another location for cleaning and decontamination.

Processing and Agreement
- Proposals are screened for eligibility first.
- A DND evaluation committee assesses, scores, and ranks compliant proposals.
- Proposals meeting requirements are placed in a pre-qualified pool for funding consideration.
- Selected applicants are invited to sign a contribution agreement before funding starts.
- Applicants are notified by email, and feedback is provided by email.
